The TheBrightonSauna.com does not automatically capture or store personal information, unless your specifically register with the site.

We do not use cookies for collecting user information.

You will only be asked for your name and email address if you require further details of our services or if you wish us to contact you, or if you complete our guestbook.

We will never pass on your details to third parties.

Email addresses entered on our site will be used to inform you of offers, updates and events at the Sauna, but for no other purpose whatsoever.

CCTV Usage Policy

We respect the discreet and intimate nature of our venue, and also respect the privacy of all of our guests, at all times.

In accordance with our premises license, and as required by Brighton & Hove Council, we record images on cameras, situated throughout the building, inside and outside, but only in communal areas of the Venue.  Images are stored for a short period only, as prescribed by our premises license, and several of the cameras record sound.

The purpose of the system is primarily to help reduce crime and disorder (one of the main licensing objectives set throughout the UK).

The recorded images, data and sound are only viewable by the owners and managers of The Brighton Sauna.  The police have the right to full access to the system and its data on request for the purposes of solving crimes.

The system is run in accordance with UK law, and any requests for information may be submitted in writing to the address at the top of this page, or by email via the contact form.

Our staff have access to certain cameras on a 'live feed' only, for the purposes of making sure that everyone is safe, and to help reduce crime and disorder within the building.
