Massage Services

We have a professional massage/therapy room available at the sauna most daytimes and evenings throughout the week, with a variety of top masseurs on duty.

The services they offer include:

• Swedish Massage
• Indian Head Massage
• Holistic Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Reflexology
• Hand-Free Massage (using arms and elbows)
• Reiki

Prices are:

• 30 minutes - £20.00
• 60 minutes - £37.50
• 90 minutes - £55.00

You don't have to use the sauna facilities to have a massage; you can simply come in or book, have your massage and then leave.  But you can still have a shower and use our towels.

Booking over the phone is always advised, as the masseurs are often quite busy, although this is not essential.  If you book over the phone, pre-payment must be made for your massage.

All clients who book a massage must satisfy the masseur that there are no medical reasons for not being able to have one.  Your masseur will go through this with you before your treatment, and if you've already paid and cannot have a massage, a refund will be given.
